NUDE makeup brushes

So I recently decided to buy a set of Nude makeup brushes.  I have used this brand before but only the BB cream which I have spoken about before and let me tell you it's amazing.

So this package of brushes includes a kabuki brush, defining brush/powder brush, deluxe eye shader brush, domed eye blending brush, concealer brush, dual headed eye definer and lip brush and a precision sharpener.

(P.S the descriptions written about each brush below is exactly what is written on the packet of the Nude Brush Kit. The reason for this is that I won't be able to explain it any better)

KABUKI BRUSH
This little gem will help you buff away imperfections and smooth over your makeup with its luscious, soft hair giving you complexion perfection!
I personally use this brush with my Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder and it really helps give my makeup look a softer finish.

DEFINING BLUSH/POWDER BRUSH

Define your cheekbones, contour with your bronzer and complete the look with your Finishing Veil all with this one multi-tasking brush.
I use this brush to put on my blusher and to sometimes just even out some of my foundation.

DELUXE EYE SHADER

With this large eye placement brush you can apply the perfect base on the lid, while blending the harsh edges as you go.

DOMED EYE BLENDING BRUSH

Never been able to get those soft, seamless edges to those multi-coloured eye looks? One sweep of  this blending brush will have you looking like you've been sitting in the makeup chair for hours. It'll be your secret weapon.

CONCEALER BRUSH

What dark circles, blemishes or imperfections? You wont see any of these after using this concealer brush that allows for the perfect placement of product.

DUAL HEADED EYE DEFINER AND LIP BRUSH

Two amazing tools in one! The angles end is perfect for applying colour close to the lashes, or blending your eyeliner in expert fashion. The other end is the ultimate way to place colour, blend lip liner and apply gloss with ease.

RIMMELL LONDON- AS YOU WANT VICTORIA LIPSTICK 360

Well,

I  must say that this lipstick is a must have! Yes it is a bright colour but it is really the finishing touch to your makeup look. I would recommend using this lipstick in winter the most for a much brighter look, however, you can still put it on during any other season. I must also say that this colour is very much pigmented, so you may not like a whole heap of this colour on depending on your style, so if this is the case then I do suggest using a lip brush just so you have more control on the amount of product that you use on your lips.

Nevertheless, the raspberry pink type of colour of this lipstick is sure to make you look like a stunner so I suggest that you do give it a try!

BIG W- around $8 (price may be different)

Chemist Warehouse- $11.99

Priceline- $9.76
(these are all Australian prices)

ROOM STORAGE

Recently, I decided to add some interior into my bedroom as it looked worse than boring. Little did I know that even by adding just one shelf and a canvas, your room would look much better.

So I decided to pop down to Kmart to find something that would suit me and my bedroom. Knowing the bargains and the cheap prices of Kmart, I stumbled across this beautiful canvas which read "The best things in life are free".

As I already have 3 canvas' on my feature wall, I decided to buy a white shelf from The Reject Shop and honestly, they work well together.

These little shelves are great for storing jewelry and some lipsticks or just whatever floats your boat :L

I think once I become a bit more educated about interior design then I shall change some of the things haha!

So maybe you could give this idea a try and see where it leads you :)

COULDN'T THINK OF A GOOD CAPTION BUT HEY I'M BACK!

Well I have certainly not  been online and blogging constantly but fear not I have returned and I will be running this blog with strong commitment. Since the end of HSC, I have been relaxing and getting rid of all the stress that had balled up in one year. Honestly, I had no clue as to how BORING post HSC life would be.

Well now that I am more settled and have plenty of time on my hands, I thought that I would jump back onto this blog and enter a world of online fun.

Since it is the month of December I am sure you are all getting into the Christmas spirit as I know I am (hence the Christmasy background :P). I will be trying my hardest to post Christmas related posts as well.

So in the mean time, have a look at some of the things that I have been  loving whilst off the blog.

Take care and Merry Christmas!

JAR EM UP

Hello people of the world!

So in one of my old posts, I showed you guys a makeup storing technique with those purple boxes. Recently I thought of a little change as those boxes were taking up too much room on my dressing table. Boohoo!
So I bought the most weirdest thing. Jars. Yes Jars. I know it  may seem odd but I actually think it looks strangely cute. I don't even know if that description gives you a positive idea.
So what I did was I put my makeup essentials in a jar on my dressing table and mind you I think it does looks quite fancy :L hehe!

To make my life  bit easier, I have also put my makeup brushes in a jar as well....

I found a cute little jar when buying my other jars and I still have no clue what to do with it because  it's just really adorable! So just to make use of it, I put my spare makeup brushes into it with some fake flower petals. NOT VERY CREATIVE IS IT? If you have any good ideas on what I could do with this jar then DO LET ME KNOW!!!

I swear I am not obsessed with jars. I swear.
Well if you do use these storing ideas then do send me pictures on my Instagram and Twitter (links on contact page). I think these are really cute and inexpensive ways to store your essentials and they look pretty cute.

BB Cream from NUDE

Hello People of the world!

YES I KNOW. It has been AGES since I have posted. I AM REALLY EXTREMELY SORRY.

I actually had this post saved in my drafts but I didn't get the time to post it.

So, without any further a due, I present to the Nude BB Cream.  This is a dark shade since it is what matches with my skin colour.

It's texture is amazing and it blends in easily. I have been using this a lot over foundation and it certainly does give me a better natural look.

The cost of this product was $19.95 from Myers. It was a great buy to be honest.

So, if you are looking for new BB cream then go ahead and  try this one. It's really really good.
